Should I listen to my heart or brain?

There is a left brain and the right brain. Two parts of the brain should work together. Heart and brain should be aligned. In simple words, align thinking, speaking and doing and listen to your inner voice.

Meditate for cleaning of the baggage of feelings you are carrying, look at those feelings for the motive behind it, then heart will point you in the right direction.

Emotional feelings are a strong force.

Do meditate and connect with the pure feelings that you already have.
Do not get carried away with your feelings. Logic cannot deal with emotions.
Use Meditation.
Pure feelings (of love and truth) and emotions can change the negative feelings and emotions and
bring you back on track.

Example...
You are bit greedy one day and you want to have an extra cookie from the pot luck you are at. You take an extra cookie for yourself and hide it in your purse as your heart wants it. There were only 1 cookie per person. Now you meditate for a minute and connect with your feeling of love and you realise that one person did not get one cookie. You are very loving at this point after you connected with those pure feelings, you take out the cookie and give it to the person and that person is very happy. It changed your negative feeling and pointed in the right direction.
