You may go to a very quiet jungle to avoid noise but there may be chattering going on inside.
Mind create thoughts but we can choose the speed and the quality of thoughts. Practice to move the thoughts in the right direction. You are the incharge of your thoughts , so create good thoughts and create space between thoughts to give you silence and relaxation.
Silence gives us strength and heals us too. Sometimes without realizing we wound ourselves with our own negative thoughts. At that time, quickly generate positive thoughts to come out of hurt.
One minute we may be happy but other minute we may become critical of someone and we become negative.
As negative thoughts come when you see this person, move your thoughts in the + direction.
Try to focus on the pluses of that person, look at her as your brother or sister and remind yourself that we are all souls and connected and use power of silence with gaps. In silence, remind your self that both are souls. Healing happens with that connection.
Power of silence can heal us.
Meditate to slow your thoughts and choose good thoughts.
