How to heal the feelings that are not good.

I am what my past has made me. I may be coming with a baggage that I have not dealt with. It means I am carrying lot of negativity. I may be carrying fear, memory of a place or a person that is not so good. The best way to cleanse yourself is by SILENCE.

It is the silence of my own that connects with the silence of the Divine will heal those feelings. Meditation is the path.

It is the silence that helps us to go under the dirt so I connect with the goodness of being. When I connect with love , peace, happiness, all these transforms me from negative to positive person.
Choosing the quality of thoughts and finding the peace within is able to remove the heat of negativity( jealousy, anger...) . If negativity( jealousy) comes in your mind, in silence you always find its remedy which is(love) positive.

Silence is the richness of treasures within.

Let us meditate to remove the pain that we hold on to.

Sit in a comfortable pose. Take your attention away from your body.
I am a being of light.
I feel the presence of Divine of love. happiness , truth of joy around me.
These are waves of love surrounding me. These waves can heal the pain that I am holding on to
as I did not know how to deal with them. Love is like a balm to cool the soul and ease the pain.
Love feeling empowers and nurtures so I can be strong again.
