Meditate with eyes open. Bring your attention in the middle of the forehead where your soul lives. It is like a point of light. Train yourself to withdraw from the situation.
Sit in a comfortable pose. Let the body be calm. Physical body is outside but there is a different world inside me.
Do not have to stop your thoughts. Let them go by you. Observe them, thoughts will slow down.
Select the thoughts of peace. Hold them in your mind.
Feelings become peaceful now. I am at peace.....peace.......
My body is peaceful. Peace is my natural state.
Peace is within me.
Bring your attention back to the things around you. but I keep the peace inside me.
