Short Meditation

Be aware that you are a soul. Detach from the physical world, turn your thoughts inward and towards the supreme soul a being of light of love. I connect my thoughts to the supreme. I find myself surrounded by his light. Light envelopes me and I am absorbed in the ocean of love. As the waves of God's love washes me , I feel all the dust that I have accumulated has been cleansed. I discover my own pure self. God's love uplifts me. His love empowers me so I can return to my original state of purity. His love heals the soul and pain and sorrow that I have been carrying is removed. I come back all pure, transformed. I choose to stay in this awareness.
