You can withdraw at work with your eyes open to connect with your inner qualities like love, peace etc 1minute per hour just to come back with more energy and with a different perspective on things. It is also called meditation or the power to withdraw from my own story.
You are in a car accident. People are hurt. Disengage from the accident( no anger, yelling etc) just be an observer and stay connected with your inner self, get energy and reengage and do whatever needs to be done like calling doctor etc. Remember no one wants to hit intentionally.
You will be a Saint if you stay stable during crises time.
Let us review all of them.
- Power to withdraw is like to withdraw strength from your saving account. It helps to experience joy by connecting with it.
- Power of detachment means you are physically there but as an observer.
- Power to tolerate means to stay in the battlefield,or hang on by not giving up, it means power to give.
- Power to face is power to confront your own weaknesses and responsibilities.
When to face and when to withdraw depends on the situation.
