We all are born with happiness, bliss, love , peace and purity.
Due to some reason, we have one or two bad habits which we have learned from somewhere to survive in this negative world.
We learned it , same way we can unlearn it.
Meditate everyday to get strength from God to fight the habit. Send positive thought and positive intentions. Try withdrawing sometimes.
Try to connect with God few times a day. If you fall one day, get up and start again.
It will take sometime to unlearn it.
I like this post because it gives the message that nothing is impossible until we stop trying.

ReplyDeletethis is really inspiring, especially the part where you said that the bad habits that we acquired can be unlearn the same we learn it through meditation.this really speaks to me because little thing such as meditation can clear out mind and soul from all negativity.
