Changing home climate by dealing with negativity

I can be an actor( physical body) and an observor(I, the soul). Respect others they are a soul too.
Do not move from your position of inner stability and purity then their negativity will flow from around you but not through you. It is like having a layer of protection so my inner stability and purity remains unaffected by outside influence. It is like having protection through detachment and yet not allowing them to touch me.

Do not allow the build up of negativity to happen. Everyone has lots of pluses and we have to have the right vision to see it. Try appreciating their values and you will see that negativity is in me.
I cannot change them but I can change my attitude.
Create respect and love for them.

If I react negatively, then barrier gets created and communication is difficult.
Try seeing their divine nature, so change your attitude and then a good level of communication will arise and at the right time we can talk about things and a change can take place.

This will bring change in the environment, family and home and society.

How to seperate the soul from the physical body.

People have acquired wealth and many people identify themselves with what they own.
Scratch on their BMW would upset them ( it would upset me too) but it is a car only. Use it but do not get attached to it. If you have expensive car, tomorrow you do not have it, you will loose your peace of mind. People are not content. Do not get attached to your possessions. Material values are not that important. They are secondary.

Share the qualities of your inner being with their inner being.
Do not judge others with their clothes but with their deeds. But we do judge by their clothes though ( should change). You are your inner being, your body is souls house.

If soul is the driver of a car, car is your body, then soul has to decide what fuel to put in. Car should be in good condition to run.

Do I know myself in my daily life?

I feel I know all about myself. I know my weight, length, width, my habits etc all external, physical outside body characteristics.
But my inside that no one knows is my thoughts, feelings, emotions and personality no one knows except me.
I am unique because of my inside. I am unique because of my soul.

I have a connection with my so and so friend because my soul is communicating with her soul. Souls can communicate with thoughts, vibrations and energy flow.

Just as a driver of a car cannot fall asleep, same way our body driver( soul) cannot fall asleep. There will be a big problem if this happens. It means driver is not taking responsibility.

Some people love to talk and talk that others sitting beside them can get bored. Inner being must take charge and ask her to stop because her tongue has taken charge. Inner being must ask her to stop.

You love eating mangoes. Eating one mango makes you feel good. I could go on eating more if my taste buds take over. My inner being must take charge and say " STOP".

I, the soul, the master of the physical body must take charge.

Change your emotional energy.

According to Dr. Deepak Chopra, there are ways to change emotional energy.

You get physical energy from eating food but still one person can be very happy and other sad.
Our emotions give off energy, positive and negative.

If a person is giving off negative energy, it means this person's beliefs are negative with a result his actions are negative.

This person can change the negative energy by changing this at the subtle level. It means

Feel the love for the person and send it to him without him knowing it.
Go to a temple or church and feel that God's love is around it.

Meditate and ask for love, peace etc and then let the universe do its job, so let go.. In meditation, you connect with the higher power to draw the strength, energy etc. We all have spiritual energy within us.

If you are lonely because you are very shy or private kind of a person, force yourself to communicate with others to come out of loneliness

1. Try saying Hi to someone.
2. Try to understand others and help them understand you.
3. Show real appreciation for people and genuine curiosity.
4. Offer honest compliments
5. Ask a question to encourage chatting
6. Try appreciating their art work.

I used to write down what I was going to say to the person on the phone to carry the conversation. Now I can chat for hours with no points in front of me.

Do I know how to take care of myself?

WE cannot run away from situations. We struggle everyday at work with people , family etc. We have to face them. Learn to see which situation is that and then deal with it. If something create stress, that means action is required.


Physically.
......We all know how to take care of ourselves in a physical world, like

Not to hit the other car to avoid accident and
Exercise to stay healthy and
Drink water so we do not get dehydrated etc
Wash hands so we do not catch cold.

Emotionally....... Do I know how to take care of myself?

Not to take in others negativity in because that will create pain in myself.
Not to have collision of emotions with others as it will cause emotional accident.
If someone is very negative, they are hurting and they are in pain emotionally.

Relationships.....

Emotional taking care goes into our relationships and we try to change others. Remember , you can only change yourself not others.
We try to go head on like" let me give her peace of my mind". Let the situation calm down and the other party too and then have a talk to resolve the issue. It promotes effective communication.

Relationships are affected by

As soon as my friend started grade 11, her father started to tutor her at home though there was no comfort level between the two of them. She did not make it to the medical school, so her father stopped talking to her. She could not meet her fathers expectation, so hurt feelings were created with a result her relationship changed for the present. There was no energy exchange between the two of them.

1. Basis of a relationship is communication.
2. Past hurt feelings blocks energy flow.
3. Relationship is free flow of energy.
3. Accept that you hurt yourself ( helps to forget the past because you created the hurt, no one else, others did not ask you to get hurt while arguing etc)
4. Past hurt affects the
5. Present behaviour( children may be afraid to get hurt again).
6. Future Insecurity because of energy blockage that creates a wall in a relationship.

Do whatever to improve the relationships because we are happy when we have good relations with people. Basically break the barrier to move forward in relationships. You created the barrier or emptiness , so you break it or fill it..

Relationship of Project Manager with other membersrs

Sometimes project does not go right, time deadlines etc etc, let us say that a member made a mistake and project did not get delivered at the right time. Probably the member is already feeling very guilty because she/ he let the team down.

Do not yell or give any advice at that time.

Team member is already embarrased. Empower the person, provide whatever help the other members can give at that time, bring the confidence up and then when every one's energy level is normal or stable, then may be things can be talked about. Emotions are very important. Communication at that time should be done with the right energy transfer. Communication will be effective.

Try the same with the parent and child relationship. Do not yell the day when chips are down already. Let everyone have their emotional energy up and then talk about it for an effective result.

Frequent washroom trips

I love drinking a cup of tea but after that there is urgency to go to the washroom. Lately there is so much talk about organic stuff, so I was thinking of getting some organic tea which is very expensive. I guess God was listening that my sister decided to give me a box of Organic tea. I was amazed to see that after drinking it , I did not need frequent washroom trips. I was sooooo happy that I realized the effect of chemicals and pesticides etc on our body. I have decided to drink organic tea as long as I can afford it .

Diet Tips

According to Dr. Oz program

1. You do not feel full when you eat sugar or fat as it blocks your receptors from feeling the fullness. Sugar affects our brain cells just like cocaine does.

So eat very less of the stuff. Eat half of your dessert and share with a friend.

2. Cut all your grain intake for 1 week and replace with brocolli, cauliflower, cabbage, and radish.
to get rid of fat intake from your liver.

3. Eat more deep coloured fruits for antioxidants. It helps to reduce the body fat.

4. CANNOT live without carbohydrates..... eat your grains at breakfast time only with some protein....e.g egg and toast, roti with fried egg ( I love my roti or parantha)

5. Take Vitamin B complex to reduce body fat.

6. Take Chromium Picolinate( not sure the name, check with your doctor to get off sugar)

Get off Sugar, control fat intake, cut saturated fat.

Improve your communication.

As we say, relationship is an exchange of energy between people, same way, communication is also at energy transfer along with exchange of words. If you say all the positive stuff to the other person but you think negative about the person inside you , then the person is getting conflicting messages , so stress gets created and confusion occurs. Person is hearing positive words but the energy from you that he/she is receiving is negative, so confusion gets created. Though you did not say anything negative to the person, but that person is still not happy with you. You wonder "why is she still not happy with me". I did say all the right stuff but the energy transfer was not positive from your side.


Communication should be right at the word level and message should go with the right energy transfer too so someone gets the right message.

Use soft voice and talk slowly.

Change your vibrational energy to change communication. Communication cannot be just at the word level.

Life Time of an Era


There are

4 seasons (spring, summer, fall, winter
4 events within a day( morning, afternoon, evening, night)
These are cycles. All changes in nature are cycles. there is no beginning and end.
Cycle is a circle , we do not question when it starts and ends.

World drama is also divided into 4 yugs.

1. Satyug ( about 1250 years) called Golden age
2. Tretayug ( next 1250 years...so far total is 2500years) called silver age.
3. Dwapuryug ( next 1250 years) called copper age.
4. Kalyug (1250 years) called Iron age.

Total life time of an era is about 5000years.
Time is a cycle, morning, afternoon, evening, night. But we do not know where to start from as it is a cycle.
Same way, creation of this universe is a cycle. So we do not know when the yugs started.

Do not take it personally.

Sometimes people put out emotional energy( sadness etc) which is not intended to cause any harm especially at work. Some people are unaware of it and some do it deliberately to tap into your compassion. Other people may pick up a lot of that energy too. You hear it and then start to build a case against the person that he did this or that in your mind.

Try the following.........

Do not take it personally.
Protect yourself by creating a cover of positivity around yourself.
Be an observer.
Send love to the person who is hurting you.
Create physical distance.
Resolve to give and take happiness.
Do not hold feelins inside. Go near an Ocean and let it all out.
Do not gossip to others.
Let past be past.
Stop taking others sorrow.

Do not review your past.

If your past is "SAD" for whatever reason , it means you are in pain thinking about it which depletes your energy because you are not generating anything positive at that time.

Acknowledge it. Do not dwell on it. Do not blame others.

No need to go back to review everyday. It it bothers you in your thoughts, replace it with the word OOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Do it few times. It will come in present and deal with it.

Now you have the knowledge and you can even get energy by meditating to deal with it. You are better equipped now than before.

Tit For Tat . Will it work?

NNNOOOOOO. It will not work.
Law of Karma has nothing to do with you personally. It is an imbalance of energy that must get balanced somehow.
Eye for an eye seems morally right . Law of karma is not about morality, it is about imbalance of energy.
You cannot offset your bad action. You must pay up. You can create more positive one but you cannot erase negative karma.

Anyone who is giving you pain will get the pain back but not from you but from someone else as he has to pay up anyway. If you wish him bad, then you send him pain but at the same time you generate negative karmas for yourself. So break the cycle by sending him positive vibrations. Have a kind eye for that person too.

Promise yourself to give positive vibrations to people only.

Coping with physical chronic pain?

My friend goes through chronic physical pain a lot. Her physical body is in pain but her soul is not.

Best method is to meditate , visit God and bring pure and energized vibrations and direct those vibrations by visualizing to send it to that part of the body. Keep your thoughts positive and that will speed up healing. It is like healing with positive thinking. Ask God to give to strength to cope with the pain. You can ask God for the cure of this pain as you are right in it. Asking someone else to ask God will not work. 4am is a very creative time. That is a good time to ask and bring energy from God..

Keep in mind that karmas play the role as well. Remember your karmic debt.

This will work faster if you are a person who always meditate. If you start to meditate because you heard about it today, you will take time to develop your relation with God. That will take time.
Do not expect the answer too soon.

General method to Meditate

1.Sit in a comfortable pose on the floor on a cushion or on a soft block. You can use a chair if you are not comfortable on the floor.

2.The spine should be straight. Connect with your body. Allow the body to relax. Close your eyes.

3.Feel each breath. Let there be a sense of relaxation.

4.Be gentle with the mind. The mind is like a monkey. It needs to be guided and trained. If it wanders, acknowledge it and let it go (watch your thoughts like an observer, don’t interact with them.)

5.Do any breathing exercise first before meditating as it helps to control the mind.

6.Anytime the mind wonders say:
OO……………..O…………..O…………….MM….M

Resolving Issues with Spirituality


If you are having problem with a person at work or anywhere else, we now know that it is your problem. We understand that now.

How do I resolve the issue with that person?

You cannot do at the physical level as EGO kicks in.

You can resolve only at a soul level. It means both have to be souls to resolve.

Let us get to the soul level by meditating. You visit God , get energized and now you invite other person's soul as well in God's house. You are energized and now you are going to send your energy to the person, your positive energy. You should do this for few days and you will begin to see changes. You are sending your positive energy to that person. You do not need to say to that person physically. Here you are the instrument. Remember, you can do this only when both souls are in soul consciousness.

You can do so much at the soul level. You can send this energy to your friends, family, people suffering with cancer etc. Remind yourself that meditation is healing. Meditation is creating right kinds of thoughts and directing in the right direction.

Lost all my friends on my journey of learning.

As I was learning about meditation, negative thoughts, attending yoga retreats etc, I noticed that I was changing as I was understanding the concepts, I had stopped going with the people I used to hang out, my interest started to change, negativity started to bother me, they started to find me boring too I am sure. I preffered to have lunch alone than to be surrounded by negativity. I started to change. I was loving it though as my inside was happy, peaceful and loving. My inner hollowness started to disappear. God became my friend. Remember people around are not changing, you are changing. All you can do is change yourself and no one else. Remember, it is all about you, your karmic debts etc.

Then I started to volunteer by teaching yoga. I started to gain friends, but different ones who were on the same path or were looking for some answers.

It is possible to implement in the physical world but experiment on yourself first, change yourself first, other people may see that change in you and may want to follow your path or choose not to follow. Choice is theirs.

Heaven is right here. Take it or leave it. Inner journey is needed to feel that heaven.

Usually people measure success with money you own or material goods or the position you own. These are all the reflection of the outer world or the material world.

Inner world success is reflected in the happiness, peace , love and your well being.

True success is measured by the balance of the inner wealth and the outer wealth.

Apply the outer wealth principles to the inner wealth too. If you want good health, you need to invest in exercise, same way, for inner wealth, you need to invest in relationships too.

You need both, inner and outer success.

Am I ready to work on that relationship?

If yes,
Then create a picture of the person you are not getting along in your mind.

Obviously, you will create a picture based on the past experiences and labeling you did for that person.

Your behaviour may have improved now but your picture in my mind is negative.

Now create the picture with good qualities that this person has . Everyone is born with a happy, peace and love qualities.

Person is not doing anything negative knowingly from his point of view, they are doing positive but we see them negative.

Closer we are in relationship, more judgement we pass.

Solution.....

We get mixed between our likes and judgements.

I do not like snowy days. Snow is bad. ( dislike for snowy day got mixed with judgement that snow is bad.)
I do not like tumeric. Tumeric is bad.
These are two different things. Someones personal dislikes turned into our judgement.


Sooooooooooooo we stop the flow of energy.
More judgement we pass, more blockage we create.

Foundation of the relationship is the image we have created in our mind, the perception of you..

Whatever energy I give out, I will get the same energy back.
Send this person positive energy, positive you will get.

Learn the skills to manage your energy.

Life is about 70% emotional energy and about 30 % physical energy.

Physical energy goes down as we age but emotional energy can be increased by getting rid of toxic people, situations , indecisions and guilt. If you did something wrong knowingly, do something nice to compensate for it by repaying the debt to the society or to the person. If you did something under pressure or ignorance, forgive yourself and close the case. Try not to get emotional energy from the food. Do not hold onto the losses. Let go.
Take actions for some projects so you do not worry about them.

Learn to see what fills you with more inner energy like meditation, prayer, pleasure fun, painting, singing etc. some energy boosters are exercise, whole grain for food, stretch, away from TV as it drains your energy, no caffeine.

Some people bring you comfort in your life while others bring you stress. When you cannot walk away, set boundries and make finer adjustments.

1. Drink Oolong tea, it keeps the metabolism up for two hours.

Who created these thoughts "negative or positive"

Answer is you created it . For a long time. we kept blaming others that they should heal us.

If you created it , who is going to heal it. That answer is you too. You have to heal them.
When you are hurting inside, you created that hurt. Heal, heal, heal.

You can heal by changing your future, by accepting whatever has happened and letting go what mother or father did when you were young.

Situation at work

We spend lot more time with people that we work with and situations do arise. We should make an effort to bite our tongue than to let go of our tongue. Some days we can bite the tongue, some days it may be hard.

When trying to deal with the situation, make sure you are creating harmony and the good for everyone.

Sometimes we feel strongly about situation that we are ready to fight for it. Hold your reaction inside, think it through and listen to your intuition. To be more effective, offer your help, make suggestions. Sometimes it may be hard to change the system but you made the suggestion and wait and see. Direct your energy in the right direction.

Heal your pain

You created the pain, now you are the one who can heal yourself.
No one can hurt you. You are the one hurting yourself.
Pain goes in relationships too.
Past is gone, only you can change the future.
Whatever mother and father did is ok , What are you doing now, giving pain to your wife, children.
Only you can stop it. You were a victim before but now you have the power to can change the future by improving the relationships. Long time you thought that others will make it right for you but now you know that you have the power. Take as much time as you need.
Do not hold onto it for too long otherwise you start to sink inside.

Meditate 1 minute / hour to not to carry the pain. Do not carry the baggage, it is heavy and can cause physical illness.

Do not Judge others.

We create negative energy when we start saying" he is like that", we create negative energy. Then we transmit the same and we get the same but I created the pain.

If I change , world will change. Pain goes in other relations too like your wife, husband and children..

Whatever parents did is fine, you were a victim at that time but now, you can change the future. You do not have to give yourself the pain. Do not wait for others to make it all better. You hurt yourself.
Now, you can heal yourself too.

Do not label people. Reflect at night and get the garbage out. Say, I do not need it, it is unnecessary baggage. It is usually about others. It is heavy and can give physical illness. I will have to suffer by creating resentment , anger etc towards others.

Meditate to get rid of it. Just say, " others are fine in their own way". So you have a clean slate to start when you see them again.

What to do when hard to "Forgive"

It is easy to forgive some people but it is hard to forgive others. It means I still have some poison in me that is affecting my feelings. Those feelings are not letting me to be content, happy, loving person. It means we have to deal with them.

Let us say that someone has done really wrong and it is hard for you to forgive. Things do happen in real life. You are not a judge. Sometimes we may not know the whole situation or even if we know the situation, who are we to judge. We are responsible for our own conscious not for others. No one is accountable to me. let him be the judge.

In case of personal transformation, determination is required. Do not say that you will start tomorrow. Start now. Mind requires a push. Go to the Supreme soul by visiting him everyday or meditate. Sit in stillness and silence.

Dealing with depression

We human beings have a tendency to remember old bad stuff that has happened in our life. As Dr Phil says that women have a long memory. It means we are sending sad energy to our mind a lot.
Try to replace with a positive energy word like "OM" any time you tend to go to that sad energy. You cannot change the past but can change the future. Do not waste your time and energy.

Learn to release that sad energy by MEDITATING. You must learn to empty the mind. Try doing that as much as you can otherwise there is a chance that we may end up holding it in called " Depression".
Do not let that happen. Meditate meditate ..... Have your relationship with God by visiting him more often , then you feel the inner belonging and you do not feel empty or lonely inside.

Improve your relationship without involving the person.

You have joined a group of social friends but one guy is bit condescending. You love most of the friends except this one. You do not want to leave the group because of this guy. How to deal with it?

Look at him as a soul born with love, happiness, pure etc, but is covered with dust because of his karmas. Focus on his plus and minus qualities ( if he is insulting , but his plus is that he encourages too) Replace his every negative quality with positive quality in your mind without him knowing it.

It will take time.
He is a soul too but has spots on his soul. He has different impressions on his soul.

Try to change from his negative picture to his positive picture.
Create the positive energy towards that person.

Soon you will see changes. Without him knowing, you worked on this relationship.

Try applying this at work if you have disagreement with a coworker or your manager.

Busy-ness

People like to be busy.

If you are running around doing stuff, people think you are busy.
If you are doing everything but calmly, then people think you are not.

A person may look busy to others if he is running around but in his mind he is not busy as he is in
touch with his inner him who is not busy.

We can feel busy when we do not have much to do and and relaxed when we have lots to do.

Busy-ness is a state of mind.

Sooooo do some breathing exercises and Meditate to calm the mind.

Allow changes in your life.

Application of yoga will bring changes in your life. Allow them to come in. Since you are the master of your mind, you can change your thinking, feeling etc. You have control over it. Talk to others. When people cannot talk about the problems, they get depressed. Focus on the solution. Do not give attention to what is not in your control. Solution is in your control. Your thoughts are in your control.

So far we have learned that.......

I am the master of my mind.

My happiness is not based on others behaviour. Others are not responsible for my problems.
Changing yourself is a journey, but make it a happy journey.

I am the creator of my thoughts. I can create positive thoughts and negative thoughts.

Do not try to change others, let it be. Change yourself because that is in your control. Take care of yourself.

" Do not get hurt" is something we should say to ourselves from time to time rather to others that " "do not be rude" so I can be happy.

Sometimes we get angry over something but we created those thoughts and feelings. So say stop to the HURT feelings few times. It will stop. STOP the hurt feelings.

There is lot of opposing energy if you are trying to do something that others are not doing. Be aware of it.

Stress is not necessary as work can be done with peace and happiness.

Exchange energy with people and share your knowledge with them but they have to do the work. Keep giving positive thoughts to others.

Relationships are about sharing and giving but people are busy in their own life that they have no time to give.

Take care of your thoughts and perceptions.

Learn to manage your emotional energy.

On Oprah website, I read about managing emotional energy rather than spending too much time on managing time.
Physical energy is limited as we age but emotional energy can be increased by meditating regularly.
Emotional energy is hope, passion, fun and enthusiasm, excitment etc which is about 70% of our life along with physical energy. We all know how to take care of our physical energy or our body but not the soul where we need to feed the soul with pleasure, prayer, meditation. Anyone can develop that skill . There are people around us who know how to protect and refill the tank, people love to be around them as they are always spreading fun around.

At the same time, see what drains your energy like toxic people, indecision, worrying kind and do act to avoid them.

Try not to get emotional energy from food. Take care of your stresses otherwise it drains people, like postponing projects etc. Some people are good at taking care of their stresses. Set limits with people and see your doctor if you feel that you have some joint pain etc or any other physical body issue to deal with. Deal with your stresses.
Learn to forgive yourself if you did something wrong knowingly by changing the future actions
or doing something nice and close the case by moving forward.

1. Go quiet ...... Silence is the language of God. Ask in silence and listen in silence.
2. Choose the right company of those who are on the spiritual path like you yourself are.
3. Connect with nature, you will feel that God has entered your body.
4. Practice Yoga for the body and the mind.
5. Practice Mindfulness...Enjoy every action of the day.

Have relationship with yourself

We usually focus on others. So and so is this or that. Stop labeling people. It is like adding garbage to your mind which can create resentment, affects emotional health. Your mind does not need it. Unnecessary load for you to carry.

Stop those thoughts. Just a waste of your time and why to put garbage in your mind.

Start creating relationship with yourself ( soul), not with your body or money or house or job you do but with the soul that you are.
Your soul can reflect on the self that you are a good soul.

Give energy to yourself by saying

" I am a peaceful soul"
" I am a lovingful soul"
" I am a pure soul"

To give the positive energy to others, you must give that energy to yourself first. Relation with others will improve automatically.

Relationship with yourself is Meditation.

Surround yourself with God's love

First of all, we are all souls, pure, peaceful, happy, loving.
When soul come into the physical body, we look different, we take different paths, decisions etc.

We should try to keep our mind free of negative thoughts about others. We must clean the mind and make it pure, positive , happy, then we elevate our consciousness and try to be like supreme soul trying to match to the same wavelength, we attract God's love.

Elevate the soul by getting rid of negative thoughts to feel the love.

How not to break New year resolution.

Practice stillness and silence everyday. You can do a short meditation say for few minutes. See the effect of it. Silence will give you the the strength to keep it going. But you must be disciplined to do on a regular basis to see the fruit of it. Practice it daily to see the benefits of it.

If you go off the track, try again and again, you will start to see changes in your attitude. You will notice that you are less irritated and may be tolerate more etc.

No harm in trying. What harm it could do.
