Alternate Nostril Breathing


To control your mind you must learn breathing exercises. Sit in a comfortable pose in a chair and your spine straight. Close right nostril by using thumb but inhale from the left nostril.Close the left nostril by using ring finger but exhale from the right by removing the thumb from it. Now inhale from the right , close right by using thumb and exhale from the left by removing middle finger from it......Keep on doing 10 of them everyday and then increase as you feel you are ready.
It balances the heat and coolness in the body.
