You need to up your feel great level and chemical level by keeping in mind the following

1. Fish oil................. 2 grams of per day.

2. Ribose.................500mg, 3 times a day, later increase to 5 grams 3 times a day. It is too sweet can be thought of it as a sugar substitute. It is a sugar made in the body but not metabolized as sugar, low in calories. It relieves soreness, stiffness and fatigue after exercise.

5. Quality foods like nuts and fish to be used, cut carbohydrates, avoid dehydration and use whole grains.

6. Chia is a whole grain used by Aztecs. They maintain the sugar level better in the body.
