Practice the power to withdraw.

Meditation is when you withdraw from your senses for 2 minutes , you get half hour of relaxation.
Let us apply in practical situations.

1. Exam day for students.....meditate for 5 minutes.
2. Demanding Job.............meditate for 2 minutes,
3. Be wise to decide whether to stay connected to others or should I physically remove myself from others.
4. Meditate for few minutes depending on what the situation demand.
5. Sometimes good to step back from the situation.

  1. This is really good, cuz many people are always worried about school work, and especially when January or June hit, they get even more tensed! So I guess, by meditating, you will be able to cleanse your mind, and relax yourself! Thanks a lot!

  5. This is a really good one because students really need help during exams. Mostly meditation because students usually look for another way to calm their stress. The other way is usually smoking and all that which is really bad for your health. So meditating is really good.

  6. #1 is a good tip because everyone gets tensed up before and during a exam. #2 helps out maybe before you go to a job interview so become relaxed and have confidence.

  9. It does take time to get used to it. Try fine tuning a bit and then it will work. Sometimes we have to work on a problem few times to get it right.
