On my journey of learning, I stumbled upon Brahma Kumaris philosophy, which says that God is already here. Their founder Mr. Lekhraj ( 1876-1969), a very religious man was searching God like crazy. In 1936, he had visions about destruction of universe, civil war, flooding, fire etc and then start of Golden age where stars would fall on the ground and change to diety again. Everything was coming true. He started to detach from his business, home family. He felt that through his body, God was giving knowledge. God said that not to treat Lekhrajji's body as God but it is only the medium. God's first lesson was that we are souls, not the body. Other lessons were on Knowledge of destruction and then Golden age. He said that Lekhraj is a soul too just like others. He prepared 350 women for 14 years( Tappasaya) by doing soul work and now they are running centers in about 100 countries.
Founder Lekhrajji started to spit out the knowledge given by God which they recorded in their centres.
They started work through centers from 1952. Lekhrajji passed away in 1969.
Because souls are weak, so God had to come down to give us the knowledge. Gods role is to awaken the souls and make them aware of their powers. Every soul is getting the knowledge and
change will start to happen inside. Journey is yours.
Do meditate.
Things I know already
We do know that people are more open to spirituality.
Lot more people look for a yoga class. Try meditation class though.
If the result is meditate.... then yes meditation does give good result.
I do know meditation helps.
It does heal.
God is energy. It is around us.
I know if your life changes, you want to share with the world. I know mine did by meditation. I am sharing my knowledge in this book.
