Meditation with Affirmations

1. Sit in a comfortable pose. Ideal time is 4am. Choose your comfortable time.
2. Bring your attention in the middle of the forehead.

Say to yourself now.....

I am a soul residing in this body, I am a point of concentrated energy sitting in the middle of the forehead behind the eyes going bit more inward.
I look at the beauty and truth that lies within me.
I try to keep myself in positive thinking and attitude.
I see the purity, love happiness and contentment within myself.
I am a person who keeps good thoughts and deeds.
I look at the gain and charm in everything.
Every breath is precious. I must learn to merge with everything that comes to me.
I must have pure feelings in my heart and head.
I must hold onto my peace , love so it will touch the people around me and strangers too.
I must be able to give something to everyone. Every gift I give should be given from my heart.
The more I keep my thoughts positive, the more I accumulate inner power.
I make each day special by visiting God everyday.
I fill my words with love, wisdom , honesty.
