Spirituality is an internal change. Not much extra time is needed to live with it.
1. Meditate at 4a.m. As no too much noise at that time and air is pure, not many negative thoughts, creativity is high at that time. If time does not work for you, choose your time, or do your meditation and then go back to sleep again. I sometimes get up at that time and I find that it is very easy to connect with God at that time.
It may take 10-15 minutes.
2. Now you are free to do whatever you have to do.
3. Try to work on developing your relationship with God. Every hour, for a minute visit your God. He will cleanse your mind. Try to remember God while youare at work, cooking etc.
4. Good time to meditate in the evening is 6:30-7:30pm.
5. Before bed time, sit in silence, give your thanks to God, show your gratitude. Rewind the whole day. Settle everything before going to bed. Ask for forgiveness if you hurt someone. Mind should slow down and be silent at night. Be in soul consciousness before going to bed. Stay connected with God at the time of sleeping.
Bed time should be around 10 or 10:30pm. You would need less sleep too.
If it is too much for you, start small, like you must do at morning time, can choose your time and rest see how much will work for you. Putting in practice is hard but it is doable. What harm could it do.
