People are too afraid of evil eye. What is an evil eye?
It means someone is sending you negative energy.
Meditate everyday and surround yourself in a aura ( like a cover or a dome)of positive energy. So when someone sends you negative energy, it will get reflected off your aura or from your protection cover which is created by positive thoughts.
Some people feel very protected by wearing Amulet around their neck or outside their house. They feel safe that no one can harm them now. Actually, by doing that, they are not creating any negative thoughts for themselves and for others etc, with a result they are protected.
The evil eye paragraph is a good way on how to keep out negative thoughts. So you can think only positive thoughts
