According to Dr. Oz program
1. You do not feel full when you eat sugar or fat as it blocks your receptors from feeling the fullness. Sugar affects our brain cells just like cocaine does.
So eat very less of the stuff. Eat half of your dessert and share with a friend.
2. Cut all your grain intake for 1 week and replace with brocolli, cauliflower, cabbage, and radish.
to get rid of fat intake from your liver.
3. Eat more deep coloured fruits for antioxidants. It helps to reduce the body fat.
4. CANNOT live without carbohydrates..... eat your grains at breakfast time only with some protein....e.g egg and toast, roti with fried egg ( I love my roti or parantha)
5. Take Vitamin B complex to reduce body fat.
6. Take Chromium Picolinate( not sure the name, check with your doctor to get off sugar)
Get off Sugar, control fat intake, cut saturated fat.
