If your past is "SAD" for whatever reason , it means you are in pain thinking about it which depletes your energy because you are not generating anything positive at that time.
Acknowledge it. Do not dwell on it. Do not blame others.
No need to go back to review everyday. It it bothers you in your thoughts, replace it with the word OOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Do it few times. It will come in present and deal with it.
Now you have the knowledge and you can even get energy by meditating to deal with it. You are better equipped now than before.
I had done something that i really regret now. I was stupid, and i was supporting my cousin but it was wrong of me to do that. sometimes, i wish that day never happened because i feel like i have this huge weight on my shoulders thats never going to go away. i would like to hear more advice about how to just let go.
