WE cannot run away from situations. We struggle everyday at work with people , family etc. We have to face them. Learn to see which situation is that and then deal with it. If something create stress, that means action is required.
Physically.......We all know how to take care of ourselves in a physical world, like
Not to hit the other car to avoid accident and
Exercise to stay healthy and
Drink water so we do not get dehydrated etc
Wash hands so we do not catch cold.
Emotionally....... Do I know how to take care of myself?
Not to take in others negativity in because that will create pain in myself.
Not to have collision of emotions with others as it will cause emotional accident.
If someone is very negative, they are hurting and they are in pain emotionally.
Relationships.....
Emotional taking care goes into our relationships and we try to change others. Remember , you can only change yourself not others.
We try to go head on like" let me give her peace of my mind". Let the situation calm down and the other party too and then have a talk to resolve the issue. It promotes effective communication.
