Detox Water

To get rid of toxins from your body and to help you flush fat, try this water.

Take 4Litres of water. Add

1. Half  Grated Cucumber( English or other kind)
2. Lime juice of 1 lemon
3. 3 teaspoons of grated ginger
4. Few crushed mint leaves.

Keep in the fridge for 8 hours and  now strain it. Get everything out. Put all water back in the jug. Drink at least 2 to 3 litres a day. Water should be cold.
Try to drink some before eating lunch, dinner, when you wake up  etc. Make another jug when all done.
 You will see changes like skin clearing, loss of interest in some foods.   Try for a month or so, see if it works for you.  If not, you can always stop.
