According to Dr. Deepak Chopra, there are ways to change emotional energy.
You get physical energy from eating food but still one person can be very happy and other sad.
Our emotions give off energy, positive and negative.
If a person is giving off negative energy, it means this person's beliefs are negative with a result his actions are negative.
This person can change the negative energy by changing this at the subtle level. It means
Feel the love for the person and send it to him without him knowing it.
Go to a temple or church and feel that God's love is around it.
Meditate and ask for love, peace etc and then let the universe do its job, so let go.. In meditation, you connect with the higher power to draw the strength, energy etc. We all have spiritual energy within us.

ReplyDeleteI agree with this because life isn't permanent and you shouldn't be living it with negative energy, thus you should seek multiple ways to expand postive energy by the impressive points you've stated.
